Shipping Information

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from within the European Union.

Shipments to EU member states are generally not subject to customs duties or import taxes. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered wellness products can be legally received and used in their destination country.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking number and tracking link by email. Tracking updates are provided directly by our courier partners once the shipment is in transit.


Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

EU deliveries: typically 2–7 business days

International deliveries: typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures

Delivery times are estimates only. Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, Omega Wellness has no control over delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and destination. The exact shipping cost is displayed during checkout before the order is placed.


Failed or Undeliverable Shipments

If delivery fails due to:

an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer;

refusal of delivery or failure to collect the shipment;

customs seizure or restrictions caused by local legislation;

non-compliance with import regulations in the destination country;

any other reason attributable to the customer,

Omega Wellness will not automatically resend the shipment unless explicitly agreed in writing.

In such cases, Omega Wellness reserves the right to deduct shipping, return, storage, and handling costs from any refund or, where applicable, to withhold a refund if the goods are returned damaged, devalued, or destroyed.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal-use nature of wellness products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once items have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging, except in the case of verified defective goods.

Goods must never be returned without prior written authorization from Omega Wellness. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.


Defective Goods

If you believe the goods are defective, please contact Omega Wellness support before returning any item.

In particular:

Defects must be reported in writing within the applicable time limits;

The report must include the order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence;

Goods must not be returned unless explicitly instructed by Omega Wellness.

Returning goods without prior instruction may result in damage or devaluation, for which the customer shall be fully responsible.
