All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal-use nature of wellness products, all sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or unwanted items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact Omega Wellness within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so our team can review your claim properly.


Return Authorization

Products must not be returned without written approval from Omega Wellness. Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.


Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, damaged, or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging if a return is approved.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered when Omega Wellness verifies that an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method after review.

Shipping fees, handling charges, and payment processing costs may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Omega Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping details, customs processing, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

If a shipment appears lost, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier investigation where possible.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, shipping information, and order accuracy before placing an order. Once submitted, orders may not be changed or cancelled.
